You are welcome to visit our branches from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 11:30 and from 12:00 to 16:00.
An invoicing day is 24 hours counted from the time of rental until the same time the following day, e.g. from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
If something goes wrong, you can count on us. If the failure is the result of proper operation of the equipment, we will quickly repair it on site or, if necessary, replace it with another with the same parameters. When billing the rental, the time from the moment of reporting the failure until its removal is not taken into account.
According to the terms of the rental, the equipment must return to us in the same condition in which it was rented. In case of damage caused by an accident or improper operation, it is necessary to cover the cost of repair.
Rented machines are not insured against damage or theft. The rental price includes a RamiRisk fee, which is a service that reduces the renter's financial liability for any damage to the rented equipment when certain conditions are met. The RamiCasco fee is included in the rental price, details of the insurance and its coverage can be found in the flyer under the downloads tab at this link.
We are aware of the conditions under which construction machinery works, and in the case of normal use, no additional fees are charged. This happens only in occasional cases, when the equipment requires prolonged and labor-intensive cleaning, such as due to coverage with dried concrete or a thick layer of mud.

Our equipment can be picked up in person or with delivery to the site of operation. The delivery service has an additional charge and requires you to contact a branch and set delivery date and time.
