I have been working at Ramirent since 2011. I started as a technical manager for the Czech Republic. Two years ago, I was trusted by the company's management to lead the technical department not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the Slovak Republic, and I moved to the position of fleet manager. Although my team is scattered in different corners of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia, so we are not in daily personal contact, however, I can always completely rely on my subordinates. Cooperation with colleagues from other departments in both countries is also good.
