The company

Ramirent is the leading machinery rental company in the Nordic countries and in Central and Eastern Europe. The Group has some 360 permanent outlets in thirteen countries and is listed on the OMX Nordics Exchange Helsinki. Ramirent employs over 3.900 people and in 2007 the consolidated net sales were EUR 634 million.

Ramirent in Slovakia was established in 1973 as a branch "Obchodno-technické služby" of Strojstav company. In 1991 after restructuring of national economy  the branch was devoted  from Strojstav company and was founded new company OTS Bratislava, spol. s r.o. Last change occurred in 2008 when OTS Braitslava, spol. s r.o. became part of Ramirent group.
